The problem
Clinical and revenue-cycle teams needed dependable modules for documentation, surveys, PI follow-up, BI analytics, reporting, and file exchange with EHR and clearinghouse systems.
What I built
- PI Tracker and Patient Survey modules
- Patient and nurse dashboards
- Comprehensive BI Analytics dashboard for clinical and RCM leadership
- RCM reporting
- AI dictation and clinical notes with AWS Transcribe
- HL7 v2 API, EHR sync, and SFTP cron jobs for claim and payment files
Key decisions
- Keep module ownership clear inside an existing multi-practice codebase
- Put speech-to-text into the clinical note path, not a side tool
- Treat HL7 and file jobs as first-class production surfaces
