Compliance work was spread across spreadsheets, shared drives, and email. Frameworks, controls, evidence, and audits did not stay aligned as the programme grew.
What I built
- Multi-tenant GRC platform with organisation hierarchy, RBAC, and an activity trail
- Framework adoption, cross-framework control mapping, and module dashboards
- 60+ evidence collectors across 13 platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID/Graph, Check Point, and AWS S3
- Unified workflow engine and a single My GRC Work inbox
- Multi-provider LLM layer with a grounded copilot and quote-verified LLM judge
Key decisions
- One control implementation per organisation, mapped across adopted frameworks
- Evidence collectors write into live control state on a schedule
- Copilot answers stay grounded in org data, with quote checks against source text
